"Does anyone know a good clock widget whom also shows date? And when i click on it i must get straigt to alarms (kinda like "retro clock widget" but that one does not work on ISC.

Have you've tried SiMi Clock widget? It does show date and time with some level of customization.

The icons are included in the pack in the Market called MetroStation. You can select your own color for each one. As Q.Entity mentioned, I use ADW EX to change them.

ICS color code is RGB: 63/155/191 and HEX: 3F9BBF.

And battery percentage is this mod that also includes blue menu buttons on the bottom:
