Yeah, I am running at 192 in tablet mode. I am using Apex Launcher. CW actually packaged up a Rom for Axiom V6 over at Rootzwiki that will run in tablet mode after flashing so you won't need to do any editing as it will boot right into tablet mode and also have a modded market for ya...

Yes, you need to replace it with a phone apk from another device. The phone apk from the Droid Inc is what we have been using and works fine.
