My Sprint Gn Build Number is: IMM76D. In the Toolkit, this build number is listed under the GSM model GN not the CDMA section.

So do anyone know if this kit will unroot my galaxy nexus and if so, what options do I select. I wasassuming the option that reflashes stock recoveryand then relock the bootloader....

I already posted in that thread for help. But considering some Sprint GN owners were able to successfully root their phones using this toolkit, I thought that it's fair to ask if this toolkit can also unroot the Sprint GN..

If you can confirm the IMM76D boot image worked then I can update the model selection screen to add Sprint and release the new version of the ToolKit I was holding back on.

Mark.

Windows 7 x64. Ya, not sure about the drivers, but PDAnet works. My device build is IMM76D with 4.0.4 and S-off works.

Just Checking
So, does this mean it is safe to use this version to root the Sprint GNex using the GSM IMM76D option? or should I wait until the new version comes out?

This works fine. Just select GSM model 4.0.4 Build IMM76D

I couldn't get any of the mods to work, said my phone isn't using an insecure boot image but the boot screen has the unlocked icon under the google logo?

I will update the ToolKit tonight to add the Sprint option in the model selection screen and make it use the GSM IMM76D insecure boot image until I can get hold of a proper boot image and compare it. From all the feedback it is quite safe using the GSM option in the model selection screen but if you want to wait 9 or 10 hours its up to you.

Mark.

Did you select no when asked if you was using an insecure boot image so the Toolkit can boot using its own one for the mods?

I rooted my IMM76I version (after my phone upgraded the stock rom yesterday) with the tool and everything works perfectly.

I previously unlocked the bootloader and just now rooted the phone, renamed the recovery restore file and then flashed CWM.

Then flashed a ROM using CWM recovery and all working fine.

So rooting the IMM76I works just as fine as IMM76D it seems.

Well, of course I said yes, cause I am? I thought I was anyway. It works now when I select "no" so thanks again.
