Default Installing

This will be the place where I will be developing a stable derivative version of the Ubuntu for Android dual boot project. My goal is to first off get the official dualboot working for Toro, then get other parts of the system up and running, such as ceellular data and other non-stable components.

I welcome feedback and other ideas/additions, both in written format (non-implemented, as well as already created applications!

No trick needed for dual booting. You just need to build the app again after you edit the source to work with toro.

Getting cellular data is impossible. It is not related android but ubuntu itself. Ubuntu does not support cdma at all yet because it uses ofono, which doesn't support cdma.

Getting system parts stable is not something to do here, but launchpad is better.

Meant no offence. Sorry if it was offensive to the op or anyone. I was just trying to tell him a better way to contribute to ubuntu.

I hate to be a necro, but I'd actually like to see this. I want to dual boot just to play around with Ubuntu Touch on Wifi... Any links for a download yet?
Xperia Play R800X --> Motorola Droid Bionic XT875 --> Verizon Galaxy Nexus
Somewhere in there I owned an LG Enlighten VS700 and HTC Merge Lexikon. Oh, and an Asus Memopad HD 7.
Hit the button if I helped!
