I wasn't part of this thread, but I hvae used logitech products with my android devices that were meant for windows. I have my Trackball M570 and one of my wireless K800 keyboard both connected to the same wireless dongle. When I want to use them with my Note 10.1 2014, I plug wireless receiver dongle into an adapter, like this OTG cable: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So, it connects wirelessly as it would to the pc, not via bluetooth.

Only other thing to note is, the apps Logitech has for Android keyboards will not work with things like the k800.

There are miniaturized keyboards with touch pads and often a remote control on the other side for smart tvs. But these are wifi based, maybe additionally with bluetooth. Or there's some wireless remote(the wifi ,not IR kind) or wifi keyboard driver/app for Android.
