flashed a modem i shouldnt have

now my phone won't boot after using hurricanes modem changer...i didnt realize it was for intl. versions. i was on a 4.4 rom using mj4 modem. I can get into twrp and download mode but cant boot into the phone, and as far as I can tell twrp doesn't have usb storage. what files do I need? just revert back to mj4? i'm stuck using odin so any modem i flash will be through odin.

The best option is Odin back to the stock rom.

You can put files on your SD card using a pc and the adaptor that comes with the card.
