I am having WiFi issues with current JellyBean Samsung Official firmware. I tried every trick to get the WiFi back without success.

I guess my ROM must be corrupt. Hence I downloaded same official 4.3 JellyBean Android firmware and flashed it with ODIN.

To my surprise, nothing changed on the system except for the root access.

All files were intact: downloads, wallpapers, nova launcher, icon setting, etc.

How is that possible? Shouldn't ODIN clean install the ROM ~ leaving nothing behind.

I am greatly puzzled. I want all the system files as they were on the day one of the device.

Kindly advice a solution.
