Unhappy [Q] Dead Pixels

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note II phone. I have dead pixels in my screen from an accident. I've tried putting it in the freezer 3 times but no results. Can anyone give me step by step instructions to get results?

Thanks

By the way, I'm no expert but that doesn't look like normal stuck pixels to me. Looks like you have damaged your hardware from this "accident".
