Dear friends,

Recently my Galaxy Note II have been turning off with minor impact, and sometimes inside my pocket.

When I say "impact" i mean that if i put it on the table with a little less care, it will turn off.

If I 'tap' on its back specially when It's turning on, it will turn off.

Ive been taking pretty decent care of this phone and at least externally it looks intact. No scratches.

Any idea of what it could be or ideas of how I can at least temporarely solve this before getting a note 3?

All the best,
Dan
