After additional testing, I am concluding that the Dr. V App v.1 or v.2 is bad.
Both version of app consumes way too much battery. The app works by relying on enabling the following:
1. Maximum screen sensitivity - On
2. IR Cover sensor full time stanby - On
3. Dr. V app itself consuming 22 - 30%
The net result is a total battery over- consumption of Aprox 38% or 43%
When I removed the the app and services, battery consumption instantly dropped back to normal depletion levels.
Its a shame the app failed to work properly because the case is a neet idea. The delevoper does not post the app on android market.
