What are the issues using BTU NF4 in asia?

Im currently in xfv NC2 (south africa vodafone - standstill in NC2) with a multi-csc vfg like UK vodafone rooted via towel root.
My n9005 LTE 32gb is region unlock, i'm using this right now here in Philippines with a local simcard wihtout issues.

TO all:
Can I also use this method to upgrade to btu NF4?
What if I use official xtc NF4 firmware from sammobile.com then load in open file section via MOP, will this work without tripping knox and finally change my product code to xtc?

Sorry for this redundant question as above since nobody answered in my previous post in this tread.
