Awake n Battery Stat Issue

Hello everyone...
I have a little problem here
Why there are so many awake when I use the Cellular Network but on Wifi there is no awake so much like that?
My cellular signal is fine here.. always full bar
n Why my battery stat alway say that wifi always on.. although I didn't turn on it

I mean why wifi still indicate on
although I have turned off it n use only 3G network?

When I see other's phone.. the green line is disappear when wifi off

But Awake Frequency still high
Although I have use greenify n Appsop for disable awake permission
