my device is N9005
4.4.2 stock room .. rooted
and there is a message "Not registered on network" !!
any help ?!

Are you in a bad coverage area? Is your apn and applicable settings correct? What were you doing before this started?

it was working fine with x note rom and carbon rom with the same sim and network area
but when i flashed the stock rom .. the problem appeared
i need the stock

You can jack up your whole efs, partitions and everything when flashing if just one little thing is off. Can you restore your previous rom and make everything work?

Flashing a new rom probably won't fix it, bit of you want to try, bobcat ROM is the best one in my opinion.
