No sound from receiving calls , speaker phone okay

Hey question guys.i noticed today that when I receive a call I can't hear anything unless I turn the speaker phone on. I factory restored the phone and reset. Same thing. Phone has been working fine ever since

Hello. Please open keypad and input *#0*# and then press receiver button in the test menu. If you hear sound from your phone then it is okay but if not then we know that the part is broken.
