I am running TWPR 2.8.5

the flash is really fast, the progress bar do not go until the end.
the script says :
script suucceded : result was [/system]
updating partition details...

sorry, my mistake. after having tried again to wipe everything, it works now.

Did you flash a stock rom from odin? When I took a look at it I had to wipe the stuff but then push from odin a stock image from my pc. Then it worked again like normal. CM12 restructures everything.

edit: saw you got it working nm.

Hi,
>Gatsrom
no, I didn't flash anything with odin.
I have TWRP, and use always that to flash.

yes, then, finally I have it working now.

thanks

Oliver, how'd you get it working? I'm in the same situation. Only seeing boot animation. It doesn't seem to be loading even after multiple wipes before and after install.

TIA,
Dan

Hi,

I had to reinstall again a CM12, old version (version of 4th april 2015 I believe ),
then enter again in TWRP, wipe only data, cache (if I remember well)
and this time, it worked

thanks
Olivier
