IMPORTANT: I checked the zip specially for janice and the one from OP in attachements ( v9.52) and in updater-script from the one in attachements ( last version) says: "For all devices". So, use that one instead the one made for janice because that is old.

Hello guys.
I found an pretty old thread, yet extremely useful and i say that it's a must have. Here it is: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1620255 .
We can make nandroid backups without booting into recovery and it's so awesome in my opinion.
And guess what, i was kinda surprised to see that JANICE is supported. Yes, you heard it Check here: https://github.com/ameer1234567890/O...ported-Devices . i didn't try it yet, but if is supported that mean that have been tested. You have to download the one for janice in that list. READ what i wrote at "Important".

As in it's thread is mentioned: "This tool, eventhough called "Online Nandroid", does not upload/save backups to any online/cloud services. Online here means that it does backup while phone is live or still running Android.".

Also, read this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...74&postcount=5 .

And with Tasker app, it can be way more useful. Right now I'm thinking to make an tasker profile which will backup my phone using this nandroid script after 9:30 pm ( i won't use the phone at that time) every two weeks. This way, i won't care anymore about bootloop !!!

For people which are interesting to use it with tasker, i found this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...6324&nocache=1 .You can adapt it to your needs.
