Hi.
I have a T-989 and when I press the power button to lock the phone,it goes to sleep but immediately wakes up again automatically.
I am running BEASTMADE 4.1.2 ROM and I experinced a crash where my phone becomes stuck in a boot loop and vibrates after 2-3 second.

although if I turn it off it boots up fine again.I've searched around the forums and it looks like a sticky power button problem although not on a extreme case :P.

Any solution?

I know this sounds weird but, use the eraser end of a pencil and repeatedly bash the power button. I'm not kidding.

Yup I followed the eraser method and it worked fine for a while but then again it was stuck in a bootloop.

Then I followed this guide and my phone is working fine for now.

I will report if it occurs again. Thanks

Not very hard but firm. Till the button clicks again. Sometimes the case will interfere with a weak button
