After sharing some logs with Sultanxda, he pointed out the issue due to the CM kernel and helped me get it fixed.
My problem was that my phone would not boot on MOST JellyBean ROM's or ANY KitKat ROM. It would crash/kernel panic on or before the set up screen.
I do not know if the latest KitKat ROM's have the issue patched, but I asked if he could patch the kernel for other ROM's to use.

Which version of twrp were you using? Did you wipe data, cache, dalvik, android secure, and system before flashing? If so, did you wipe cache and dalvik after flashing and fix permissions?

And if you are fine with cm9, there is a way to add on-screen nav bar and disable soft keys with some build.prop tweaks that I don't mind sharing.

So yea I did, and i did install the latest twrp. And I saw some nav key edits after looking for a while. thanks.
But... I hate cm9. So if anyone else wants to tell me another thing I could try, go for it.

I GOT IT.
Logs, Logs, and LOGS.
This is on cm11 (08/24/2014 Nightly)
Will try to get logs from latest AOSPA if needed.
Last_kmsg attached (both of them seem the same. You should also use a text editing program like Notepad ++ to view them).

Here is where it crashed (guessing):
