Big problem showed up. I just realize that I can't install apps to sd card. Help anyone?

UPDATE: apparently this was caused by the latest beta of the siyah kernel so I flashed v3.0.1 and the problem is gone now

This is not working in the newest rom with that version of sim toolkit, so i am requesting a sim toolkit made for android 4.0.4, can anyone help?

version 1.3 tested
Installed 1.3 this morning, but still unable to connect to my PC. The phone says that it is connected and both the internal and the external SD cards show as drives on the PC, but when I click on them, it asks me to insert SD card. Had same problem with 1.2. Is it possible to have it connecting automatically as soon as you insert the lead, like it was in version 9.7?

Also, I think the new Notification bar is a retrograde step. The 15-item bar was much nicer.

For the moment I'm reverting back to my trusty 9.7 version. In my book, that is still the best and most stable ICS rom available.

Thanks for your great effort. I'll keep following the progress of the Rom...
