This is for I9100G. Your signature says you use I9100. Its NOT for I9100.

I personally think it is easier through gui as u can modify many things easily through there. Well its just an opinion...

Yes. I did mention about it in the instructions.
After their first successful build, people can start modifying config file through the command make menuconfig.

Wat shld i do with t1_deconfig file when copied shld i create a new folder nd renamme it to as mentioned above in steps ??

Please read the instructions. copy t1_defconfig from configs folder and paste it in kernel root folder and rename it to .config there (in kernel root folder).
