You can try this one:
- pull battery out
- hold vol+, power and home and put the battery back in while still holding the buttons
- release buttons when you see the samsung logo
- hope you get into recovery

If that's not working:
- boot into download mode and flash stock JB with odin
- flash CM11 (here you have the instructions from the opener)

- Read the official wiki
- Copy GApps and CM11 zips to your internal SDCard

- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery (not asking to use the kernel, but flash it and use the CWM in it to flash CM)
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM11.0 zip from internal SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from internal SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
- Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!

and that changeeees ... yeah right nothing. I am on CM since a CM9 nightly and never had your problem. so that changes .. yeah again nothing. if your recovery is ****ed it is ****ed. doesn't matter what you had running before. if you REALLY can't get into recovery, flashing with odin is the only way.

Yup, i know, if Odin detects the phone, there's still hope...
got the MLO write failed using I9100GXXLSR_I9100GXEFLSR_XEF posted in forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2/development/collections-official-firmwares-kernels-t2199288 (btw, sammobile website is so buggy i can't download, thanks to Ryuinferno for backing up those files )

Edit :
what happened next :
- found another pit file (for larger apps partition), flashed it OK
- flashed JB bootloader OK
- battery went dead, couldn't even enter download mode, lol
- borrowed a full charged battery from a workmate, and then the same stock rom I9100GXXLSR_I9100GXEFLSR_XEF flashed OK
- installed back 20140416 : lots of Force Closes, unusable
- flashed back 20140415 OK

Am i the only one with problems on 20140416 ?

Ok this is ridiculous, I have flashed so many times this week yet the same problem still haunts me!!!

I ditched Titanium and went for ZipME, i like the interface and find it much better than TB, however the same problem happened. My phone randomly shuts off when using the phone and the battery gets drained in the process.. Isn't there a log i could check/post? at least find the source of the crash!

Thanks
