For Arabic/Farsi Support you can use this page my friend
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1588906
((tested on >5 phone with SuperRom v3 so you must can do it))

for market:
and i did these:
BusyBox must be installed
Download terminal app such as Android Terminal Emulator.
download or backup New version of market (Google Play Store) to your SD card
Disable any network
Navigate to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications and
Go to (Google Play store or market) Clear data of Google play store Or Market
Go to (Google Partner Set Up) Clear data of Google Partner Set Up
Go to (Google Services Framework) Clear data of Google Services Framework
Go to (Google Play store or market) again tap on uninstall updates.
install new Market (Google Play Store) Do Not Open MARKET
install and launch a terminal app such as Android Terminal Emulator.
Type in the following command:

Step 3: su

You need Step 3 to run the commands in Step 4 and 5 which require privileged access.
Step 4: Type in the follow command:

touch /data/app/com.android.vending-1.apk
Step 5: And the following:

chattr +i /data/app/com.android.vending-1.apk

if didn't work:
i uninstalled this Google play store and installed old market from SuperRom v2
and i did these:

BusyBox must be installed
Download terminal app such as Android Terminal Emulator.
Disable any network
Navigate to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications and
Go to (market) Clear data of Market (if there was any data)
Go to (Google Partner Set Up) Clear data of Google Partner Set Up
Go to (Google Services Framework) Clear data of Google Services Framework
install Market Do Not Open MARKET
install and launch a terminal app such as Android Terminal Emulator.
Type in the following command:

Step 3: su

You need Step 3 to run the commands in Step 4 and 5 which require privileged access.
Step 4: Type in the follow command:

touch /data/app/com.android.vending-1.apk
Step 5: And the following:

chattr +i /data/app/com.android.vending-1.apk
---------------------------------------------------
i think AutoStart may work:
if you needed to do this after every reboot you can use init.d:

make a file with no format with your pc like: 00firstboot

open it with notepad and type these commands and save:
su
chattr +i /data/app/com.android.vending-1.apk

copy firstboot file to /system/etc/init.d/

if i made it right it will work

Yes, the problem is in the kernel. In you kernel in AnTuTu Benchmark frequency 800 MHz, sometimes 1200. In some other benchmark is the same! In alternate kernels there is no such.
Please do it kernel for CWM

thank you

Read the instructions. Its not flashable zip. Install it using odin or mobile odin. Not through CWM.

Play Store issue can simply fix by:
  • Wipe Dalvik Cache at CWM.
  • Wipe Cache at CWM.
  • Fix Permission at CWM.
  • Clear Cache at Play Store.
  • Clear Cache at Google Services Framework. (This step required for fixing authentication error for Google Talk & Facebook.)
  • Reboot phone - Done.
