Caution: This variant is also affected by the eMMC brickbug. Flashing it with an ICS rom increases the risk of getting the brickbug and potentially irreversibly damage your memory and its partitions. Motherboard replacement is required if you can't boot your phone. You could do a workaround by relocating partitions but it will make your phone sluggish as the damage is already done and accessing the corrupted partitions will make the system slow and overheat.
Assuming most people who visit this forum isn't from South Korea and acquired this phone through other means (through a friend or from someone who has been in Korea), your local Samsung service center won't be able to entertain you and your device since its parts are exclusive to South Korea, it's not licensed to run by your national telecommunications government agency, and is not officially released in your country and they will automatically void all claims of warranty, valid or invalid, unless you go to South Korea and present the original receipt used to purchase the device.
Flash at your own risk. A successful flash doesn't mean that your phone is bugbrick free. Flashing a brickbug prone phone is just like Russian roulette.
