I backed up my entire rom using philz touch cwm recovery.
When I try to restore it itz causing bootloop..
What should I do???

maybe you didn't include /preload partition... i suggest you re-flash the rom you were previous on and then back up again including /preload. (tick the option somewhere in Philz's options, cant tell you where as i dont use the kernel myself.)
