[Q] CWM recovery for stock rom?

I want to have a cwm recovery for my nandroid backup but i don't want to change my stock kernel is that possible to do that? I have jellybean 4.1.2

No.

Closest you can get is to run a CFRoot kernel - which is basically a stock kernel with root/CWM. I personally wouldn't use it these days though.
