Default Display Stay awake option missing ...

Hi folks,

I noticed that the option "Stay awake" in Settings - Applications - Development, right next to "USB Debugging" is missing in the Samsung roms.
Is there any way to enable that option? It's present in official Google Gingerbread and in CM7 on other phones too.
Would be great if some dev with more experience could look into this.

thanks

I believe the feature is removed due to SAMOLED screen, to prevent burn-in on the screen

Well I get that, but we are not talking about keeping the phone sitting on the home screen for 24 hours awake. I just don't want it to turn off after my regular display timeout of 30 secs, while on USB or AC? If I want it to turn off then, I'd do it myself through power button .... this is really the only thing that bugs me a bit with the S2.
