Default [Q] Downgrading CM 10.2 to Stock 2.3.5

As I got the Nexus 5 now, I'd like to downgrade my Galaxy S2 from the latest CM 10.2 nightly to the oldest available firmware of my provider which is available from samfirmware.com (Android 2.3.5, I9100XWKI8_I9100DREKI1_DRE).

(The reason for doing this is that I want a device with Android 2.3 for debugging and testing my apps)

Most sites I found say that I should simply flash the firmware with Odin (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2480204)
but e.g. http://www.droidviews.com/how-to-dow...alaxy-devices/ says that I need to flash the Bootloader and PIT too.

What is the corret way (without bricking the phone)?

Follow XDA advise mate. Simply flash via Odin, do a full wipe and that's that.

Life's kinda busy. So you won't be seeing much of me. Still I'm available via PM.
