Default [HELP] Odin fails to flash

After making a stupid step wiping my phone data, it stucks on Samsung boot logo and nothing further.
Recovery is not accessible but I can boot to download mode with 3-key-combo.
I'm trying to go back to stock firmware with Odin but it keeps failing.

I made sure no KIES tasks on, ran Odin as Administrator as well.
So far I tried multiple USB ports and various cables. Also tried Odin 3.4, 1.8, 1.3...
On 1.8 and 1.3 Odin is just stuck in "SetupConnection..."

Any ideas?
Using Galaxy S2 i9100.

Make sure you find Hopper8's 'Odin troubleshooting' thread stickied in General & try everything in that thread as many times as you need to in order to get a successful flash, these things are almost always fixed with perseverance. If you don't persevere, your phone stays busted.

Don't try 5 or 6 things, come back to this thread & say 'It doesn't work' because there is nothing that isn't in that thread that can be suggested in these situations, every single possible thing you've missed & every little thing you can try is in that thread in one place.
If it's important enough to cause you grief if it's lost, back it up. No excuses
Trolling for thanks is lame
Does Samsung's auto-brightness implementation crap drive you to self-harm ? A solution !
Failure to search is the leading cause of male impotence on XDA
If you don't know how to recover if things go wrong, what are you doing flashing custom roms ?
