Default [Q] Flashing Samsung Logo no boot I9100

I have a curios problem with my Smasung Galaxy S2 9100 ( German Model without Branding and 4.1.2 Stock ROM!) 2 days ago I had to charge the battery... As this was finished I plugged the cable off and switched the phone off. Next morning I tried to start the phone but it hangs up on boot. The flashing Samsung Logo stay on screen and the phone becomes hot.
So after 2 days of playing around with factory reset, adb shell and clockworkmod ( Installed after the crash (jeboo_kernel_i9100_v1-2a) ) I find out that the problem must be a App or similar. When I wipe the /data Folder with CWM Menu the Phone start up normal and comes with the Welcome Assistent. But then all my personal data is lost -> Not good
( I have made a nandroid backup with cwm so I can restore the defective state again and again)

So now my question : How can I find out what is the root cause ? I need a bootlog or dmesg logfile to find which component hang up the system on boot. I want to find out why it happend and how I can prevent it next time.
How can I debug this issue ?
Thanks and Greetings for your help.

You are right there is a problem with app or system data
one of those partitions in your backup are fail.

I suggest you to find out witch partition is it may be it is
system partition so you can save your apps and settings

I dont know about Joboo Kernel but Siyah kernel got
something like Advanced Restore. So you will be able
to restore just system partition or just data or whatever.

Or there is a different method to recover your files from
/data partition. Plug your phone to PC navigate to your
sdcard there is folder with your beckup find data.tar
or zip or whatever compression is that. Unpack all files
it will take a long time. And then you will see all folders
what you normally have in your data. Copy what you need
