Hi guys,

I have searched online for a few hours and can't find the answer to my questions. Hopefully someone on here can help.

I am new to rooting the android device, but I have successfully rooted my Galaxy S2 Gt-i9100 using a insecure kernel jimboo.

The phone is rooted and all is good. But I am trying to figure out how to reflash with odin a secure kernel to get rid of that yellow triangle. Can someone tell me where I can find the secure original kernel for my phone. My phone details are:

GT-i9100 Galaxy S2
Baseband - i9100XXMS2
Build Number ends in i9100ZSMSA

So from what I have read, I can flash the kernel with a secure version using odin and that will remove the yellow triangle at boot right?

I could care less about removing the yellow triangle, and I'm assuming most wouldn't care. So the real reason for loading a "secure" kernel is for security right? Basically I don't want to have my device open and subject to security holes. Am I completely wrong in my understanding/thinking??
