I have just flashed android 4.3 Carbon rom, and i cant find an option to set screen mode to dynamic, movie, natural etc.. Can it be solved or should i change an older Carbon rom?

If you have a kernel which supports stweaks you can change it via there...
gutavo_s and dorimanx kernel support stweaks but gustavo is better in my opinion

I have dorimanx kernel 8.43, but i can only set the blue and red color scale in Stweaks, there's no option for mDNIe settings.

I have copied DeviceSettings.apk from an other rom to system/app, and it worked after a reboot!
