Default A case from hell

Is there,in top right corner, an opening gap?I mean like stock cover has. Can't really tell from that photo. If there's no,just use a very thin knife or screwdriver or something like that and start from that point.

As an alternative to using a pin or knife and potentially marking the phone, why not try applying a small tab of "gaffer" tape (that really sticky fabric/plastic coated tape that's about 2" wide and is normally silver/grey) to the top corner and pull it directly away from the phone body.......might work.....

You could try placing the phone on a table ... stop the phone with your thumbs on the case and with the remaining fingers to try to expand from one end ... I don't know how to explain it
I hope you can take the case!

You could also try applying a heat source to expand the case.
