Can i download I9100XWLP7 to I9100XWLPD device? Will my device be officialy I9100XWLP7 and receive ota updates?

u can flash any region rom but u wont get ota on roms other than ur official rom.
Once you flash the ROM that came with the device, KIES will be able to updated.
I was using a Nordic unbranded ROM (csc:nee) and I flashed back to the Gingerbread that came with my device (csc:ttt) then updated officially to Ice Cream Sandwich through KIES.
