Default [ROM] [NIGHTLY] [KitKat] [4.4] CyanogenMod 11.0 nightlies

I've install [ROM] [NIGHTLY] [KitKat] [4.4] CyanogenMod 11.0 nightlies on my sgs 2 and it works perfectly its just awesome but i have a question... Every time that a new nightly is made, do i need to wipe date etc or i can just only install it ?

Just install it. But make sure to wipe cache and dalvik cache

so i'll lost everything on my cell?
Isnt it pssible to just install it like an update and keep all my app ?

No need to wipe data... Just wipe cache.. ur data wont be deleted
