Exclamation Running out of app storage space after flashing new rom

I had this issue with a jellybam rom, 4.2.2 and thought that flashing a new rom with solve the issue. Flashed Cyanfox most recent version (4.4.2) yesterday and I still have the issue. Just two apps installed and 1.4GB of app storage used as shown on the screenshot. I think that there might be some corrupt data around my internal memory.

Also, I started noticing that when I plug my phone into my PC, I get the message that I should scan and fix both my internal and external SDs.

Hope you guys can help me out, thanks in advance.

There are many threads here already with the same issue. You can find many tips and solutions in them. I suggest a search first.

Also look for accumulated log files. Try wiping cache and dalvik too. If nothing works, use a rom nuke script and then re-flash your ROM. Remember to back up before you do.
