Hello Everyone,
I am new to xda and have been searching everywhere for a 4.4 kernal for my i9100. Can 4.3 kernals be used on a 4.4 system? I was looking at the Siyah kernal but there is no clues anywhere about 4.4 compatibility. Could someone please point me in the direction of a kernal?

Thanks in advance

You must not flash 4.3 kernel on 4.4

You have few 4.4 kernels

Gustavo
Apolo
Dorimanx
Etc.

Thanks for the information. Are kernals model specific?

If you read the kernel (with an 'E') threads, you'll see for which model it's supposed to be, for which firmware it's supposed to be, and how to install it.
