Major battery drop

I rebooted my phone and my battery level went from 60% to 28% how can I stop this my s2 is rooted and running on NeatROM

The phone has problems reading the battery level. If you use dorimanx or syiah, go to stweaks -> others and reset fuel gauche chip. Then wait about 1 hour and it will be on the right percentage.
