I make fullwipe and by button notification shortcuts and the setting in menü ,localized stopped app??????

I'm going to go ahead... and guess no, because you've effectively posted the same information again, expecting a different result from the first time you ignored the basic rules of bug reporting...

So... once again for everyones benefit... when you start getting errors, especially in the case of FC (Force Closed aka 'App has stopped') messages... without logcat(s), I CANNOT HELP YOU...

I'm not psychic... I cannot peer into the depths of your phone and magically deduce why things are not working...


Note: anyone who asks what a logcat is or how to get one... gets reported... there is PLENTY of information available on XDA (including in my sig) and on Google... GO AND SEARCH!

Can anybody try to update the dash clock.apk via play store? Please try it. For me, it's impossible. I've got a error message "wrong signature". So I think, the developer inserted the apk without a correct rom signature. In addition to that, I find the widget not under my apps,I have to search for it.

(Of course, I've installed the room with nuke script and full wipe).

Hey HCP if you are interested i can make a video of slimrom... (Both installation and preview else jst preview) you can link it with OP. since the SLIM has gone so big it will help the new member .... I can also update the video with ever new update with new changes. Last but not least thnx to the dev team for the rom

if you are getting problem in updating
1)download rom customizer
2) open Rom customizer -> uninstall dash clock (applcation)
3) Now go to Rom customiser-> root browser -> sdcard ->alliance ->uninstalled->sys-> dock clock.apk -> install as system app
4) now go to play and update enjoy

else you can install is simply from play store after uninstalling by Rom cust.
you can also repeat the process for extensions

If I flash the openpdroid patches from this thread, the sms app is gone. There is no app on the drawer. Can anybody confirm this behavior?

Nope.. since I flashed picasa gallery.. my cam is limited to 3mp .. I cant change it.

Yes... Picasa gallery breaks this... kinda like Photosphere breaks panorama and HD etc...

Just reflash the ROM zip... it will restore your Gallery

Ok... so based on your logcat and your screenshot... are you running a theme of some sort? I think it might be causing some issues... does it FC if you don't use a theme and just use the default one that comes with Slim?

Seems there is an issue with the package name... we will be modifying this in the next release, so it will play nicely with Play Store

Got lots of media files? pics and mp3's etc? Probably just media scanner going nuts trying to index it all... And if you have any "broken" files, media scanner might go REALLY nuts...

Try rebooting and let it settle down for a while...

Are you using gps ?? and which connect you are using... 3G or Which ??
Because in the starting using GPS and 3G services its heats... let the ROM settle down it for couple of days...

I was using CF Root v5.6 OXA as the kernel.
Any ideas? The phone seems to be totally bricked.

Just to clarify, it randomly reboots when you're not playing World of Goo as well? But it reboots everytime you run world of goo? Any chance you can capture a logcat while running World of Goo? connect to PC and run "adb logcat > /path/where/save/logcat.txt" from command line on your pc, while making it reboot. That way we might be able to see what is causing the error...

Also, possibly get last_kmsg... you can read here to see some good info on how to get last_kmsg etc...

Also, IMO, a 2500x3500 res wallpaper is a bit pointless on a 480x800 device... perhaps you should resize it?? It shouldn't look any different and will probably make things run better.

Only happened once without any apps running and everytime when running World Of Goo. I hadn't really tested without running apps for long.
Logcat and kmsg attached. Definitely not happening with lower quality/smaller wallpaper.

I totally get it that a huge wallpaper is overkill (im too lazy to resize ) but i still thought it strange that despite if it is a low mem issue that i wouldnt think it would be normal for the reboot.

I hope those logs are useful

Yes the ROM with right theme is very good and battery drain with cm kernel run stable:thumbup::thumbup:
