logging/debugging is controlled by the kernel. There are several out there that has this disabled.
the "list" is just that, a list that says what is safe to remove. It is up to you to determine what you need/use.

I'm just wondering if I deleted Samsung Kies, what syncing tool or app that I can use? I only know Dropbox but it is rather slow. (Sorry if I posted this in the inappropriate section)

i have a service called fotaclient running in the background, com.sec.android.fotaclient 1.7mb.

its not part of the list. what is this and can i remove it?

it's client for update over air, you can remove if you update manually rom/firmware ...
