MI-HOME for Android 2.3 has been Released. Its Available for all non-MIUI Android 2.3 devices.

BIG THANKS TO XIAOMI, MIUI THEMES NOW SUPPORTED FOR ALL NON-MIUI ICS VERSIONS,
DOWNLOAD THE NEW VESRION FROM THE DOWNLOAD LINK BELOW (attchment is older version)
Features:
- Unique MIUI theme interface and gestures
- 8000+ Themes, Wallpapers and Ringtones available!
- Support for up to 9 screens or more
- Works on all NON-MIUI ICS 4.0 based devices.
I tested on my OMEGA SAMSUNG OFFICIAL BASED ICS ROM (XWLP8) and working like a charm, see the screenshots...
People who returned to ICS from MIUI due to any reason and missing their lot of downloaded MIUI themes, now dont worry just install the APK and apply the themes, themes will be readed from the current location automatically.

The MIHOME application has finally been released and is now available for download and is designed for devices running Android 4.0.
DOWNLOAD
(Only for Devices running Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0)
Xiaomi will release a version for 2.3 Devices at a later date.
Change log will be added later after testing:
How to activate Appdrawer:
Install attached APK (MIUI settings)
you will get an application called MIUI Control Pannel open that app,
There are five option, only last option will work Which is "App drawer option"
check auto start and enable App drawer in that.
you can set pull down location also in that,
Now you can pull down the app drawer from top, just tap & hold and pull down from the location you set, from few millimetre down where we pull down the status bar.
(this you have to set after each boot)
