Touchwiz looks great, but is there a way to fix widgets taking up empty spaces?

No IMO, because it already has touchscreen sensitivity option and you will experience a smoother UI by flashing custom kernel for ex : Siyah, Fluxi, etc.

Works fine on stock xwlpg. I haven't noticed that big of difference but fyi for those that want to try it out on stock ROM.

replaced the files and rebooted. No FC, bootloops or kernel panic so i assume it's working. Actual improvement is subtle but it could be just placebo.

I have compared app_process and system_server files in every GS2 firmware I have right back to LP9, and the files are identical to that in GS3 ROMs.

This "mod" will make no difference, unless these had differing versions prior to LP9.

Installed without Problems.
I also see no remarkable difference. Maybe it's a bit more responsive, but it's likely just conceitedness.
