I don't get what you mean by set perms to 777. Is it done through some app like hexcode or something?

i dont need to install the apk right?

just copy to /system/framework/
then set permission to 777
reboot

edit:
tried it with remix v9.4 + xxlph kernel = no dice. still the swipe to unlock text is showing.

thats permission 777 ...



use root explorer or some explorer with root rights, then hold on yeniframework-res.apk -> permissions
