Default Rooting, modifying rom and then unrooting?

Hi. I'm currently running SR3x 4.3 on a SaskTel S3. My work is soon to be implementing a policy of not allowing rooted devices to connect to Exchange ActiveSync and I need to stay connected to my work.

What I'm proposing to do is to wipe my phone, install the latest stock ROM (4.4.2 I believe), root it, remove bloatware and then unroot it.

Will this work? Will the bloatware be pushed out again at some point by my provider?

Thanks in advance.
