[Q] Alarm and Status bar

Hi everyone..! I have some problems on Galaxy S3 mini.. It's not rooted, it runs on official 4.1 Jellybean..

Problem 1: When I set the Alarm, it doesn't turn on

Problem 2: My Status bar sometimes get stuck and I need to restart the phone in order to work again

Do you have any suggestions..? Thanks in advance for any info given..
