cant boot into TWRP recovery

hey guys..i did everything on the guide..... but pressing vol up + home + power,

just make it start normal.

i can enter in the download mode pressing down.. but nothing happens when i press up...

help... how i enter into TWRP recovery?

****edit 2: ok, when i press up+ home + power. boots, nothing happens, and reboots normally again... the first boot wont load the TWRP..

im so confused.
