sammobile.com/firmwares/download/38468/I9300IXXUBNJ3_I9300IOJVBNJ3_XSG

First: Is that suitable for my mobile?
Second: what I do if I wanna downgrade again to Jelly Bean 4.3? (I downlowded and installed the Rom of PDA I9300IXXUAND1 CSC I9300IOJVAND1 previously with Odine 3.10 and the mobile is still in warranty period. I can update till now.

Hey,
The ROM seems to be okay judging by the name (right phone and same region code) so no problem there, assuming you were looking for a ROM for one of the following : Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Nordic, Spain, United Kingdom.
You should be able to downgrade to 4.3 without a hitch as long as you take a compatible ROM (do not mix up i9300, i9300I and i9301I) with the right region code (else your phone could have network or language issues from what I've heard). You may have compatibility issues with some apps though.
DO NOT TRY TO DOWNGRADE BELOW 4.3 ! It would probably brick your phone because of knox (unless I'm wrong about it being on the i9300I).

I wanna share my experience with you.
I upgraded my S3 dous Gt-I9300I to 4.4.4 using Odin.
I asked if I can downgrade again to 4.3.
I did it yesterday.
when I downgrade using Odin it said PASS. I expected every thing will be OK, but I chocked when I found SAMSUNG logo sticks on the screen and the phone stopped at it.
I became confused a little, but later I pressed Home+Volume Up+Power and chose wipe data/ factory reset
Then the phone starts with 4.3 without any problems.
The OTA Software update works and I think I didn't lose the warranty.

I9300i officeial firmware upgrade
Hello,
I have the phone in possession from new, buyed few weeks ago.
But Kies and OTA says that the firmware that i have is the latest (for the region), 4.3 JellyBean.
I am seeing that other regions have already many versions updates for 4.4.4 KitKat.

What 4.4.4 firmware from Sammfirmware can I install on my device?
Now I have this:
AP: i9300ixxuane6
CP: i9300ixxuand1
CSC: i9300iojvane2

I will like to get 4.4.4 official on my S3 Neo Duos.

What can I use then?
What region is it my actual region?
Will it appear a version for my actual region so I can use Kies?
Is it possible to make my phone get updates for other region than the currently one?

Regards,

Hello,
From what I see you seem to be from Pakistan, which doesn't have 4.4.4 right now. However there have been a lot of updates released a few days ago so it might be coming soon.
If you can't wait, you can use Odin to update it manually with firmware from another region, as long as the firmware is official there will be no problem and you won't lose your warranty (I've done it several times on my i9301i and n8000).
However it might not use the same frequency as you phone, in which case you won't have a good reception (or no reception at all).
You can find a firmware list on sammobile and download the right one from there.

@ anota, Thanks.
The phone was produced for Pakistan, but I am from Romania, and it works ok.
I think I will still wait for few weeks for a release for Pak region.

I tried to install couple of kitkat stock rom from different regions, but it has a problem with camera (camera failed or just a black screen with third party camera) even I tried to flash it with some patch via TWP searching in this forum, but still not solving the problem, my opinion we should stay with 4.3.
