I installed the Superliterom as per the instructions linked and as its a phone I didn't care too much about as I'm in europe....I put slimkat Slim-d2lte-4.4.4.build.7.0-OFFICIAL-5979 onto the sd card and installed it with Mohammed's modified safestrap as I had previously done with the superliterom. I understand the slimkat firmware stated is for a different S3 variant.
I don't however have a microsim card to check network and wifi doesn't appear to work (switch on). Fonts/widgets appear smaller than they should. Only things that shown as 'Unknown' within "About Phone" are Model Number and Baseband Version.
As I said, I didn't think this should be possible and thats the reason I'm posting this. But it certainly doesn't brick the phone.
Slimkat won't work because it's aosp, it didn't brick your phone because you installed it with safestrap. Hence the name "safe", flashing an AOSP rom in a rom slot won't brick the phone, but it definitely won't boot.
You can only use superlite rom, the other one I linked, or paulpizz, those are the only roms that will work.
