We need more screenshots, the one you posted, alarms and network. Why ?

because hsic is the modem, the wakelock surges when there's too much data being transfered.

If this wakelock happens because of too much data transfer, why can't we stop it or instance with airplane mode ?
The only way we found is to reboot the phone. Indeed I've tried to stop one by one each running process while the WL occurs but still this mdm WL.
I've read my logs but no luck.
With TGP v11.30 (Android 4.1.2) and with the same apps and exactly the same usage, I have not this mdm_hsic_pm0 WL ATM. Will report later.

From what we've discussed on the TGP thread, it appears to be an issue with the AGNi kernel, as a test was done and Boeffla seems to work fine with it.

Negative on that. AGNi user here, mdnie screen modes work just fine (on sas's S5 rom). Be sure you don't have mdnie hijack enable on AGNi kernel app.

It doesnt allow you to switch in display settings at default settings in AGNi, Meaning if this was the first time you flash you wont know that how to change it.
Its should be off by default and then give the user the choice!
Anyways so far djb77's version works flawlessly with AGNi kernal!

I don't have AGNi control app, so i believe it's the app which is enabling the hijack by default. Either that or the version i'm using is not affected by this.

Seriously, what's the hijack really for ? We have a menu to change it, it's not like mDNIe are hidden or fixed settings...

That's correct, it's on by default.
