Tried disabling it, doesn't work. By default it was disabled for me, but the display still turned on upon receiving notifications. Then I tried enabling it and disabling it again, still the same. :/

I have some random reboot today, on both alpha 2 and 5. Still not sure if this caused by this kernel, so I'm gonna test CM14.1 without this kernel for a day.

Pretty much all of the soft reboots are caused by the same thing: mali blobs are crashing (so not kernel-related). I've seen it a couple of times in my own testing, but hopefully now I have a reliable way to reproduce the crash. Thanks

Have you tried flashing the wifi fix for either murata or semcosh? It can be found in the CM14 thread by Taker18

I tried but it did not help. Without kernel wifi works, with kernel no.

Reboots

I had frequent crashes of the MTP server. Therefore I deleted the MTP Provider.apk (I think so roughly their name).
Since the Boeffla kernel V5 no reboots

I will continue to test it for a few days
