3. Wipe data/factory reset
4. Flash ROM & gapps
5. Reboot & enjoy !

-Flash ROM,reboot and let it boot
-Go to recovery,flash hotfix.zip and gapps & reboot

Tips

-If you can't press the install button while installing an apk, remove Holo from the screen and press install.(PA bug)
